The food in the restaurants didn't quite live up to the 5-star aspects of the hotel.

The view was beautiful from our balcony. Biru Restaurant was set 5 minutes walk away.

Close to Warung Smiley for some tasty meals. We really enjoyed staying here, it was an awesome experience! 🌟

The hotel was located close to the beach, which was great for a relaxing city break. The staff offered complementary breakfast and yoga classes, which was a great perk. the hotel had a wonderful pool area that we enjoyed spending time in.

We found the staff at this hotel to be quite rude and unaccommodating. We felt like we were inconveniencing them anytime we had a question or request.

just a location far from down town kuta but thats i didnt know it because its first time to visit bali and it must be stay one day in kuta area for 1 day so after that going to candi dasa beach

The reception staff and management were rude un helpful gruff and unfriendly they mucked up our booking dates when we called from Aust they couldnt sort it out ,because lack of English with reception so we had to call booking agents The Buffett was revolting, not good value for money ,akin to a cheap club in the suburbs The tiled floors were dangerously slippery when wet and I had nasty fall the security staff and managers were little Hitlers the buildings were tacky and charmless with none of the Bali character not good value

I would definitely return to Candi Beach Resort & Spa. If you're planning to visit Ujung Water Palace, this is the perfect place to stay. I loved having access to a pool at the resort. The staff went above and beyond, and I have no complaints at all.

The chairs at the seafront restaurant are a bit old.

The hotel is located on the East coast of Bali, which is far away from the busiest area of the island. However, there are still good spots of East Bali to visit within a short distance. The main area of the city is just a $2 taxi ride away. The room and bathroom were clean and reasonably comfortable. The breakfast was decent, and the view was pleasant. The hotel had some useful facilities to offer to its guests.

The staff turnover rate is relatively high, which sometimes made it difficult to develop a rapport with them.

Nice pool, and the beach was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Restaurant is good but not really cheap. Superior room was ok but not too big. Cottages did not impressed us.

If you dont have your own transportation you are trapped at the hotel. There are no taxis like bluebirds and we could also not see any in Candidasa. Hotel just offers own car and it was overpriced. They wanted 385.000 rupiah for the ride to the airport. Even more expensive than the prices from the airport that ususally are twice as much as the metered taxis.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Bali's East coast. The location is absolutely amazing, with the hotel situated directly at a beautiful white beach. I loved being able to relax and soak up the sun right on the hotel's small private beach. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with double ceilings and a jacuzzi that added a special touch. The view from my room of the garden was simply stunning. Another highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast that was included, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

I had the pleasure of staying at a resort in Candi Dasa and I was blown away by the breathtaking view from my room's huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could ask for. The highlight for me was the 2-person tub on the balcony, where I could relax and take in the stunning scenery. The staff were friendly and the food at the restaurants was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet which was absolutely stellar. I was also impressed with their promptness in fulfilling my request for dragonfruit. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
